Reputeo provides reputation monitoring reports and alerts based on publicly available business listing data and user-provided inputs. Reports are informational and do not constitute professional advice.

2) Eligibility

You represent that you have the authority to request monitoring for the business and provide accurate information.

3) Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid monitoring is billed on a recurring basis via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your billing period unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policy shown during checkout and in your subscription emails.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.

5) Data sources and limitations

Data availability may vary by source, location, and time. Reputeo does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Reputeo disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reputeo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
